Martha, a retired anthropologist, lives a quiet life in the South of France. One day, she hears a voice and confuses it for a hallucination. This voice is that of Clare, a girl who claims to be stranded in another dimension. According to her sayings, in order to free her, she must make someone from Martha's dimension write a story and give it to particular being.
